Father Focus, Inc. is a non- profit 501(c) (3) organization established in 2008 in the State of Florida by Darek L. Eaves. As a devoted father he saw the need for additional support systems that would address the issues faced by parents and
their children such as family reunification, sustainability, employment and education. The organization’s mission is to build family relationships within communities by providing a continuum of
services that will empower families to achieve self-sufficiency.

Darek “Marcel” Eaves is the founder of Father Focus, Inc. Mr. Eaves has been in and around the non-profit and community service arena for over 10 years. A devout father himself, Mr. Eaves has made it his life’s mission to help and encourage families in Florida and eventually the world. To assist Mr. Eaves in this mission the first and logical choice to assist him in this task was his brother Alton Eaves. Although the Eaves brothers are both fathers, they understand that it is going to take a substantial amount of help and cooperation to succeed. Therefore, the remaining staff and board of directors consists of industry professionals in Psychology, Family Law, Education, Employment, and Finance. Other programs developed by Mr. Eaves were the “Youth Enhancement Study Program (Y.E.S.) for the Birmingham School Board, the first black youth ice hockey team with the assistance of The Birmingham Bulls of the NHL -“The Fountain Heights Flyers”, the first women’s semi pro basketball team – “The Birmingham Wrath/Freedom”, the “Childcare Assistance for Resurging Mothers” Program (Ch.A.R.M.), and the “Youth Resiliency Program” for the Birmingham Department of Youth Services.Alton Eaves (Director Operations) - have been in managerial positions with Arlington County (VA) for over twenty-four years, currently serving as the facilities manager for the Library system for the past twelve years. He attended Strayer University where he earned a BS in Computer Information Systems. Before joining the county, Alton served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. for six years and worked in the U.S.

Father Focus Inc encompasses a system called F.E.D.S., an extensive network of services and a support system never before provided for fathers, mothers and teen parents.
Our system has been strategically designed to enhance the quality of life of fathers through education. Although education is thefoundation, without a support system success will be difficult to
obtain.

Therefore, we have developed a format that allows our clients to have
a direct path and connection with our professionals on an ongoing and
personal basis.
