What Are Grants?
Grants are funds given to tax-exempt non-profit organizations or local governments by foundations, corporations, governments, small businesses and individuals. There are over 25,000 Governmental and Private Foundation Grant Programs available in the U.S. Today. Most people are unaware of these programs. Why? Because the U.S. Government and Private Foundations DON’T & WON’T ADVERTISE these programs.
Most people are not aware that there was over 1.5 trillion (that’s right – TRILLION!) dollars given away each and EVERY year to qualified grant applicants. Oddly enough, only a fraction of American citizens ever apply for these grants…. In fact, most people don’t even know what a grant really is or how they work.
Most grants are made to fund a specific project. The process requires an applicant to submit a proposal to a potential funder. Other grants can be given to individuals such as victims of natural disasters or individuals who seek to open a small business. Most people believe that grants are free. However, this is not the case. (More on this later.)
Private Foundations are a primary source of large funding capital
Private Foundations are normally united by wealthy corporations, companies and individuals/privatized business to benefit individuals and small business using grant money. By law, these organizations must pay 5% of their total assets every year so that they can maintain their tax exempt status. Each contributor targets niche segments of the population with specific needs and or sometimes they are geo-targeted.
Some prefer to provide grant money for business, while many others would rather grant their money to individuals like YOU to help support their costs of everyday family and or living expenses.
Grants are also available for a variety of other programs, projects and activities such as:

The Grant Process
In order for a grant request to be accepted a grant application must be submitted. Second, a business plan must be submitted. The business plan is the foundation of any business. It defines all of the partners (if any) goals, cash flow and target market(s). When applying for a grant it’s crucial to have a good business plan.
The third and most important step in the process is submitting a grant proposal. The business plan is the reference point for the grant proposal. The definition of a grant proposal is a formal proposal submitted to a government or civilian entity that outlines a proposed project and shows budgetary requirements and request monetary assistance in the form of a grant. If the grant proposal is lacking in the specific items and details the grant funders look for, the grant will be rejected.
99.5% of all Grant request are rejected!!!
It is of the utmost importance that a grant proposal is written by a Professional Grant Writer. This is where MCS CONSULTANTS LLC comes into play. Grant Writers affiliated with MCS CONSULTANTS LLC are trained to write professional proposals which will have a greater chance of being accepted by our grant funders.
Although the grant proposal can be written and submitted by the grant requester, this may not be a wise decision as the success rate for a grant being funded which is written by a non-professional writer on average is only .05%. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” This holds true in this case!!! As with most professional fields, it’s best to leave the details of grant writing to the professionals.
The roll of the Grant Writers and how they are compensated
As was stated earlier, most people believe that grants are free. However, this is not the case. Once the grant proposal is written, the Grant Writer can spend months getting the grant proposal accepted by our funding sources. Grant Writers also have families and financial responsibilities. And they don’t work for free.
The Grant Writer is not allowed to receive a percentage of the grant proceeds. They can only be compensated by a flat fee, which is paid in advance by the Non Profit, Foundation, Private Funder, or individual who is sponsoring the grant recipient. The fee can range from 3% to 10% of the requested grant amount.
Who is MCS CONSULTANTS LLC
MCS CONSULTANTS LLC is a private capital consulting firm that offers specialized funding programs including Financial Aid Grants, to individuals and business owners. The minimum grant amount is $100,000 with a maximum of $300,000. The proceeds from the grant can be used in any way the grant recipient sees fit. The normal time-frame for receiving a grant is 6 to 12 months.
MCS CONSULTANTS LLC charges a 5% Grant Writer’s Engagement Fee of the requested grant amount. Example: $100,000 grant x 5% = $5,000. The grant writer’s fee will cover the cost of writing the grant proposal, as well as submitting the grant to our list of grant funders.
The proceeds from the grant can be used for any legal purpose! Although the grant program was originally designed to assist parents who desperately needed help in getting the capital they needed to pay for their child’s college education, the program has been revised. The grant proceeds can now be used for a variety of purposes such as:
• College funding
• Paying off student loan debt
• Paying off credit card debt
• Paying off a mortgage
• Supplementing retirement
• Starting a business
• And much more…
As long as the proceeds of the grant are not used in any illegal manner, there are no restrictions on its use.
Special Financing Is Available!!!
MCS CONSULTANTS LLC understands that in these tough economic times, the 5% Grant Writer’s Engagement Fee may also be hard to come by. That is why MCS now provides financing arrangements for clients who qualify for a grant by enrolling them into the Second Chance Loan Program. This is another one of the special programs MCS offers to help struggling individuals and small business owners who don’t qualify for conventional bank financing.
Most importantly, having a good credit rating is not a requirement for being accepted into the Second Chance Loan Program. Please click here to learn all of the details of the Second Chance Personal Loan Program.
Please click here to read more details on how to qualify for a Second Chance Personal Loan.
(*On a side note) the Second Chance Personal Loan Program is not just for those requesting a grant. The Second Chance Loan Program is a separate program designed to help those who are in need of financial assistance, basically, a second chance.
How to receive a Grant
Receiving a grant is not as difficult as some believe. Remember, billions of grant dollars are awarded each year to those who know where to look and how to apply for grants. Also remember, there are over 25,000 Governmental and Private Foundation Grant Programs available in the U.S.
As I spoke about earlier, the first step of the grant funding process is for a client to fill out an online grant application. Click here to read to receive an application.
Once the application is returned to MCS, the application will be reviewed by the Grant Committee. If the application is accepted, the client will be notified by email and will be required to submit their business plan.
If the client is requesting an educational grant then they must submit the name of the college or institution the student will be attending and the expected date of enrollment.
If the grant is being used for financial assistance such as debt reduction, paying off outstanding student loans, foreclosure assistance etc…then the client will need to submit a use of funds schedule.
Once the client returns the documents, they will be reviewed and if approved, a grant approval notification letter will be emailed to the client, along with the Grant Writers Engagement Fee Agreement. The client will be required to sign and return the Grant Writer’s Engagement Fee Agreement in addition to wiring the 5% engagement fee.
(Important note*) If the client is requesting entry into the Second Chance Loan Program, they must fill out the loan application. Please click here to learn all of the details of the Second Chance Personal Loan Program on how to qualify and receive a loan application.
Once MCS receives the client’s loan application, it will be reviewed by the Loan Committee. If the loan application is accepted, MCS will email the client a Personal Loan Verification Agreement, reflecting the loan terms from the submitted application. If the client agrees with the terms of the Personal Loan Verification Agreement, the client will then receive their Final Loan Approval Agreement and schedule (a).
The client must return the Final Loan Approval Agreement which must be notarized, along with wiring the loan contribution fee which is 10% of the requested loan amount as stated in the Loan Approval Agreement.
Example: If the requested grant amount is $100,000. The Grant Writer’s Engagement Fee is 5% which is $5,000. The client will be required to contribute a minimum of 10% of the engagement fee which in this case is $500. In this example, the clients total up front out of pocket expense to possibly secure a $100,000 grant is only $500.The client will be able to finance the remaining balance of the Grant Writer’s Engagement Fee of $4,500 in monthly installments, based upon the terms in the Final Loan Approval Agreement.
The time frame for securing the Second Chance Personal Loan is 45 to 60 days. The loan proceeds will be forwarded to the Grant Writer for writing the clients grant proposal. Once the proposal is completed, copies will be forwarded to our multiple grant funders and Foundations to the secure the grant.
Now Listen Carefully, This is a 110% Win, Win, Offer!!!
There is no other Grant Provider in the United States that offers a 110% Guarantee like this one!!! At the end of the stated contract period, if MCS CONSULTANTS LLC has failed to provide a grant worth the requested amount, MCS CONSULTANTS LLC will refund 100% of the Grant Writer’s Engagement Fee paid by the sponsor, in addition to another 10% added to the fee for Non-Performance for a total of 110%.
You have absolutely nothing to lose by applying for a Financial Aid Grant. In addition, if you entered the Second Chance Loan Program, your loan balance will be wiped clean. And the best part is that you will have made a profit of $500 or 10% of whatever the contribution amount that was paid.
Please keep in mind this is limited opportunity. In order to do an effective job for our clients, the Grant Writers of MCS CONSULTANTS LLC are limited to the amount of clients they can work with on an annual basis. Once we have reached that amount, MCS CONSULTANTS LLC will stop accepting new applicants. This is a tremendous opportunity for anyone needing financial assistance in the form of a grant while not having to repay the proceeds. MCS CONSULTANTS LLC looks forward to helping you achieve your financial objectives, whatever they may be. To apply for your Financial Aid Grant, please contact me at 754-200-1530
